The Challenge
Shams Group operated across multiple departments with no unified system — HR ran on spreadsheets, accounting on separate software, and procurement had no tracking system. This caused data silos, reporting delays, and manual errors.
The Solution
Designed and deployed a fully customized Odoo ERP with interconnected modules: HR & payroll, double-entry accounting, project & task management, purchase workflows with approval chains, and a custom loan management module. Migrated all historical data and trained staff.
