Overview
A multi-module ERP system for NOREN, featuring HR, accounting, project management, purchase management, an e-learning platform, a custom Noren MIS, and certificate management — the most complex ERP delivered by Arian Digital Solutions.
The Challenge
NOREN needed to manage training programs, staff certifications, and operations in one system. Existing tools could not handle certificate lifecycle management or course delivery alongside standard ERP functions.
The Solution
Built a heavily customized Odoo instance with 7 interconnected modules: HR, Accounting, Projects, Purchases, a custom-built eLearning module (also deployed separately at elearning.norenops.com), a bespoke Noren MIS for organizational reporting, and a Certificate Management system that auto-generates certificates on course completion.
